Hey, I’m Richetta — the creative force behind Virtually Splendid Marketing.

For decades, I worked behind a desk as an Administrative Assistant and Senior Secretary. It was stable, predictable… but deep down, I knew it was stifling my creativity and purpose. As I approached 40, the pull to do something more meaningful — and be more present for my six amazing children — was too strong to ignore.

In 2016, I took the leap. I started freelancing as a Virtual Assistant with nothing but faith, a laptop, and a vision. That’s when Virtually Splendid was born — and what started as solo VA services has now grown into a full-blown digital agency serving purpose-driven entrepreneurs.

This journey has taught me that business isn’t just about branding and strategy — it’s about building a life that aligns with your values. I’ve been in the hustle, burned out and overwhelmed, trying to figure it all out. Now, I help others avoid that trap and build businesses that feel as good as they look.
